A practical review for you
The location is simply amazing! We enjoyed breathtaking views from our spacious family suite. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Barny at check-in. We even had our own cookies and tea waiting for us. This charming spot offers comfort and character for a memorable stay!

All Pros, no Cons (or vice versa)
The location is ideal just a short walk to the Rialto bridge. The owner's friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable.

There are 49 steep steps to reach the rooms, which can be a real hassle if you have heavy luggage. The lack of functional air conditioning made the heat unbearable, hitting over 35°C in the room, leaving us sweltering at night. Our bed was notably uncomfortable—hard and lumpy—leaving us wishing for better sleep. The second set of towels were missing upon arrival, forcing us to share one for two days, and communication regarding this issue was non-existent.

absolutley shockng! The non-existent air conditioning was a nightmare, I seriously felt like I was roasting alive! And don't get me started on the 49 steps to my lovely room—I woudl ve been expecting a personal porter, but apparently, that's too much to ask. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t!

We stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights, and the location was amazing—right in the heart of Venice! The room was spacious, which was nice, but the bed was a bit hard for my liking. The view from our window was great, we got to see the lively streets! Just a heads up—it was tricky to find our way here, but that's Venice for you!

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a lovely big bathroom that had plenty of character. The historic furniture added charm to the ambiance, making it a delightful place to stay. The view from the window was simply breathtaking, overlooking the vibrant streets of Venice.
The accessibility could be improved as there were a lot of stairs.
